Thank you for choosing to shop with Lovely & Kiran. Please note that all sales made through our store are final due to sanitary and hygiene reasons. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges, except in special circumstances, i.e. product damaged in transit.

If there are any issues with the product received, customers must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date by contacting us at info@lovelyandkiran.com. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received, with its original packaging intact.

We reserve the right to deny any return request upon inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
