Will my item look like the pictures online?

Absolutely! We take photographs of all our items ourselves, ensuring that we capture them in the most natural light possible. If we feel that a picture doesn't accurately represent the product, we simply won't use it. It's as simple as that. 

Do you offer customization for your products? I'm interested in a set of earrings, but I would like them in a different color.

At the moment, the products listed on our website are what we have in stock. However, if you're looking for a different color, please contact us with the name of the product. We will do our best to assist you and accommodate your request.

What form of Payments do you accept? 

We welcome payment through various methods, including major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Amex, as well as PayPal. Additionally, we accept Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for your convenience. 


For sanitary and hygienic reasons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any purchases.

All sales are final. 

If for any reason there is an issue with the order, such as damage during shipping, please contact us within 5 days from delivery at info@lovelyandkiran.com or send us a DM on Instagram @lovelyandkiran with your order number and photos! 

Please note the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping Policy

Currently, we require 3-5 business days to process orders, including priority orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details. To avoid any delays, we recommend placing your orders well in advance.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. 

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping.


We are a small but mighty business! We are hoping to expand internationally soon! Please keep and eye on our page! 


Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing. During peak periods, there might be slight delays in shipments due to high order volumes. We do not ship on weekends, and orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped within the next 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Priority shipping orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, and you will receive a tracking number via email. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking code to activate as Canada Post may not immediately scan the package upon arrival.


Shipping times vary depending on Canada Post. Estimated delivery times can range from 7-10 days for Standard shipping orders. 

You can also use the Shop App to track your orders and receive notifications synced with your email.


Once your package is shipped, we have no control over its location or delivery time. We rely on the same tracking information that you have access to. If the tracking does not update for up to 5 business days, please email us with your order details, and we will contact the shipping carrier.

If you have a specific deadline for receiving your order, please contact us before placing it to determine the best shipping options. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
